Pumpkin Spice Latte > Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino OR Pumpkin Spice Misto

Ask for a cappuccino or misto with two pumps of pumpkin spice syrup. The foam in a cappuccino has less calories than the whipped cream + two pumps of syrup are less than the usual four in the latte.

Caramel Brulee Latte > Iced or hot americano with two pumps of Caramel Brulee syrup

Ask for a grande Americano with one or two pumps of Caramel Brulee syrup. You can leave it black and then take it to the milk bar and add just a splash of cream or milk, or at the bar ask the barista to do it.

If you want to make it fancy, ask for some foam on top, and a barista will often do that.

Iced Sugar Cookie Latte > Iced Sugar Cookie Latte w/ half syrup and no cream

This one is right off the menu; if you’re getting a grande, it’s 140 calories. If you want to make it really low-calorie, you can ask for it to be made with half the amount of syrup or one pump of syrup. Ask for it black and then go to the milk bar and just add a little splash of half and half.

Peppermint Mocha > Americano w/ one pump of mocha + one pump of peppermint syrup

You can ask for it without whipped cream, or you could ask for light whipped cream. Another option is to ask for the foam; ask for steamed milk with a little foam. You could also add the holiday sprinkles on top or some cocoa powder.

How To

African mango extract has potential benefits

African Mango extracts have been used for centuries to treat a variety of health conditions, including cancer. These extracts have been used since ancient Egypt to heal wounds, treat diabetes and stop bleeding.

Modern science has shown that African mango extracts have certain compounds like Tannins and flavonoids, Vitamin C and Vitamin C polyphenols, carotenoids and tannin. These compounds can help reduce blood clot, fight free radicals and improve liver functions.

  1. Cancer treatment. Around 50% of all cases of cancer worldwide are caused or exacerbated by environmental factors. Therefore, it is essential to find ways to prevent cancer. Numerous studies have demonstrated that antioxidants found in fruits like blueberries, tomatoes, bananas, oranges and peas can prevent cancer.
  2. Antioxidants neutralize harmful substances called “freeradicals,” which can cause damage to cells and genetic mutations. Research shows that African mango extracts can slow down, or even reverse, the growth of cancerous cells in mice. One study showed that an African mango extract helped stop the growth of human colon tumor cells in vitro (cells grown in laboratory dishes). Another study indicated that African Mango Extract inhibited the growth of prostate carcinoma cells in vivo (in living animal models) by slowing their metabolism. These results suggest that this product may be able to treat certain types of cancer.
  3. Prevention of cancer. The National Institutes of Health published a recent animal study that showed African mango extracts could prevent breast cancer development. The active ingredients found in African mangoes are believed to block the production of estrogen, which is known to increase breast cancer risk.
  4. Inflammation Reduction. White blood cells produce chemicals that attack foreign tissues, which causes inflammation. Inflammation is caused by infection, injury, irritation, and other factors. Chronic inflammation can lead some diseases, like asthma and arthritis. Research has shown that African mango extracts may reduce inflammation and the severity of many conditions.
  5. Improve Liver Function. The liver is an essential organ in our bodies. It regulates digestion, detoxification, protein synthesis, and more. A healthy liver is also important for other internal processes such as water balances, sugar levels, red blood cell counts, and water level. Research has shown that African mango extracts can help to regenerate liver cells damaged by drugs or toxins. People who consume large amounts African mango juice report feeling less tired after eating.

Scientists at the University of California-Davis studied the effect of African mango extracts on high blood pressure in rats. Their research showed that African mango extracts significantly lower blood pressure.
  7. Bone Building Vitamin D3 and calcium are both nutrients found in African mangoes that can promote bone growth. A double-blind placebo-controlled trial conducted at the University of Alabama School of Medicine showed that supplementation with 500 mg of vitamin D3 and 2 grams of calcium daily, and 3 grams of potassium citrate significantly improved bone mineral density. The amount of potassium citrate required was equivalent in daily consumption to 10 ounces freshly squeezed African mango juice.

It increases collagen production, which makes the skin appear younger and smoother. African mango promotes hair health and prevents premature graying.
