While chia seeds were most well-known in the 80s and 90s for their sprouting ability in the Chia Pet fad, today they’ve resumed their popularity for an entirely different reason—for their health factor. These chia jam recipes give you the powerful nutritional punch of chia seeds, with their omega-3 fatty acids and high fiber content.
