Courtney is an Arizona Native and cherishes the opportunity to teach and inspire people in her hometown. She is a 500-hour+ certified yoga instructor through Modern Yoga and has trained with some of the most experienced yoga professionals in the world. Her purpose is to introduce beginners to yoga in a playful, feel-good way so they can not only establish a yoga practice on the mat, but take their practice off their mat and into their daily lives to create a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys bringing the community together through teaching at Diamondbacks Stadium, CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa, the Fashion Square rooftop, festivals, and lululemon.

As a former state champion competitive gymnast, Courtney understands the balance between effort and surrender. She quit her corporate job in 2015 to pursue wellness full time. In her classes, she blends movement with breath and uses unique, mindful transitions and insightful alignment cues, while remaining light and inspiring. African Mango Extract: Should You Use It?

Mangoes have numerous health benefits. Mangoes are rich in vitamin B, fiber, potassium, iron and magnesium. They also have antioxidants that protect against the formation of free radicals that can cause cancer. These properties make them an excellent choice if you are looking to improve your health.

Mangoes have another advantage: they taste great! These mangoes are easy to include in any meal.

You could add fresh mango slices to smoothies, oatmeal and yogurt. Or try using frozen mango cubes as a topping on ice cream sundaes. You can also use dried mango powder as an alternative to sugar in baking cookies.

Add mango extract to your favorite dishes to enjoy all of these wonderful benefits.

This is a fact that not many people are aware of. Mango extract is made from the seeds of mangos rather than the actual fruit. This means that it doesn’t contain the same nutrients found as whole mangos. However, it does not have the sweetness of regular mangos.

How to Take African Mango Extract

African Mango: Benefits and Nutrients

Mangoes is an exotic fruit that originated from tropical climates. They are now grown worldwide. Mangoes are nutritious fruits high in vitamin C and potassium.
