For almost 15 years I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of health-related content that trends online. ⁠

I think at the end of the day, we really need to think for ourselves and figure out what works best for us as an individual.⁠

Lemme drop some truth: ⁠

Consuming content without paying attention to biofeedback can be really detrimental and harmful to our health. ⁠

If anything, put your blinders up and stop listening to the outside world. Pare down what you’re doing, and pick one or two things, focus on those and do them really well. ⁠

Sleep > stress management > eating whole foods > strength training > being happy > finding joy in your day⁠

Those are the foundations, the big things that really move the dial on your overall health.⁠
